    Charcoal Barbecues

Culinary enthusiasts love charcoal barbecues for the distinct strong and smoky flavour this method imparts on char-broiled food. Our charcoal/wood Morsø barbecue have diverse accessory offerings which can be built-in or added on, ranging from tailor made tables, counter-tops and extra accessories for everything you need to successfully entertain outdoors and keeping your oven in good condition. Morsø also provides a cover for your Forno oven when not in use and to protect against the elements,  but as a customer has pointed out, the Forno oven is not only functional but considers it a shame to hide its beautiful minimalist curves under a cover!

    Gas Barbecues

Consistent and fast, our gas barbecues are quick to heat up and clean up and allow precise temperature control, making them a convenient choice for both hospitality and residential environments. Spur of the moment cooking is possible when you just turn the dial and there’s no need to constantly prod coal to reach the ideal temperature. A major advantage of gas barbecues are evenly cooked meat, time-saving and simple to clean.

    Elements for you to consider:

    • weight

    • speed of preheat
    • ease of mobility
    • ease of assembly
    • resistance to wear-and-tear

    Maintenance

How often should you clean your gas grill?  We advise cleaning your grill after every use. Otherwise, debris and hardened food tend to stick to the grates, which gradually become difficult to get the best results and even potentially harmful for health. If you properly take care of your grill grates, it can last longer, perhaps for many years. However, in reality, most gas grills last between 5 to 15 years before needing to be replaced. This also depends on the level of care the owner takes in maintaining their grill. Morsø has helpful YouTube videos showing owners how to clean, maintain and keep their grills and ovens in tip top condition.
